Trace A Bed Bug Detection Dog - 9KBA certified Bed Bug Detection Dog, Trace is a 1-year old lab/pointer mix (as best we can tell, as all our dogs are rescues). Trained by Master Trainer Bill Whitstine of the Florida Canine Academy in Safety Harbor, FL., Trace graduated the program after completing more than 800 hours of bed bug scent detection. Seth Tokson, Owner & Senior Handler

Seth, Top Dogs owner and Senior Handler - 9KBA pest control veteran of more than 25 years, including 16 years as a business owner, Seth has witnessed first-hand the rapid growth in bed bug infestations and is one of the leading authorities in bed bug elimination in Westchester County and the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area. Prior to being certified by the Florida Canine Academy, Seth spent many years training dogs in obedience and agility.





Marcia Tokson, Co-owner

Marcia’s background includes an MBA in Marketing and six years in Brand Management. She is a national rescue coordinator for the American Belgian Malinois club and also a principal owner of MH Concepts International, a 30 year old sales promotion agency based here in Westchester County. In addition to being certified as a bed bug dog handler through the Florida Canine Academy, her extensive corporate and marketing experience ensures that Top Dog will deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
